Course Objective

This course aims to enable professionals to practically implement Project Management techniques on Microsoft Project. Participants will work on projects to set working timings using Calendars, create Work Breakdown Structure, project activity Scheduling to find Critical Path, resource creation, allocation & levelling, project tracking & reporting using Earned Value Analysis, Customisation of data, Scheduling & Resource Managmeent in multiple projects.
This course aims in practically equipping professionals to understand different aspects of project management as per the standards of PMI. MS Project can be applied in different fields like Civil, Mechanical (Manufacturing, Oil & Gas), Electrical, IT systems, Pharmaceutical, Research projects and many others
