Business organizations look for techno-commercial skills to fill key positions that
are emerging at the intersection of finance, communication and operational excellence.
Identified with job titles such as accounting technician and techno commercial manager,
these new breed of professionals can be expected to know of accounting concepts
and practices, IT knowledge, comprehension and presentation skills, and quality
concepts that are applied in different types of work environments - from offices
to factories.
Course Objective
The course aims to create excellent accounting technicians who can help businesses
identify, and tap growth opportunities and make continuous improvement a part of
culture. It teaches accounting principles, concepts and conventions - right from
double entry systems of bookkeeping to generating various financial reports such
as cash flow statements, profit and loss account and balance sheets.
The participants are trained to master Tally ERP 9 and Reach Accountant, two leading
financial and business automation tools, and use them for accounting, inventory,
tax and payroll, leads and sales management, and CRM.
As part of imparting general business software skills, the course trains the participants
in essential MS Office packages including MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint. The
course imparts participants with the knowledge of fundamental quality concepts of
3Ms, 5S housekeeping methods, and Kaizen philosophy.
