Course Objective
This course aims to enable professionals to understand Enterprise level Project
Management by Oracle Primavera P6 on Client & web access interface. Users can connect
to a common database through client (desktop) or Internet (network) for Portfolio
Analysis, Project and Resource Management.
This course aims in practically equipping professionals to understand different
aspects of project management as per the standards of PMI. Primavera deals with
Project Management tailored for professionals working in different fields like Civil,
Mechanical (Manufacturing, Oil & Gas), Electrical, IT systems, Infrastructure projects

Value Analysis, User defined fields, Global Change), Web access (OBS, EPS, Projects,

(Check in-check out, Reflection, Top Down Budgetting). Participants will work on
projects and case studies for the best learning experience.
